Mano en Mano is excited to announce that it has been conditionally awarded a contract by the Maine Department of Education to design and operate the Maine Migrant Education 2013 Blueberry Harvest School. As soon as a final contract is signed, we anticipate hiring various instructional and non-instructional staff to provide a high quality, comprehensive, hands-on, and student-centered educational summer program for the eligible children (ages 3-13) of migratory workers as documented and certified by the Department of Education during the blueberry harvest in Washington County.
