Holiday Soccer Ball Fun Thanks to Todo El Mundo

Mano en Mano’s Posada on December 17th, as the last event of the year, was a great way for us to close out the season on a high note, just before Christmas. As part of the Posada, we were able to include a free raffle of five soccer balls as special gifts for the kids in attendance, due to a generous donation from Charles Fischman of Todo El Mundo.

Todo El Mundo donated thirty-five new soccer balls to Mano en Mano from youth soccer teams participating at the Falmouth Fall Classic and Patriot Crossroads Challenge tournaments (Gray, Maine) and by Soccer Maine, the State Youth Soccer Association. The staff decided to use five to give out during the Posada as an extra treat and surprise after the rest of the festivities. We are lucky to have received this gift, and plan on distributing the rest of the soccer balls during our spring and summer programs once the snow melts!
